My name is Katharina and I’m originally from Germany. When I grew up society kept telling me, that I wasn’t good enough, esecially regarding my body. Workout, eat healthy, count your calories, go to your career, make moey and you’ll be happy -they said. Mental health - not that important.
Here I am now. 3 years of healing in New Zealand and I started my own photography project called ‘The Human Gallery’. Allowing people to be human again, to embrace their unique bodies and scars and to eventually start healing, to express themselves emotionally & connect with likeminded souls. In this perfect world - one little step to try and make humans humans again. One little step closer to full immersing myself with my body and others, working through similar journeys.
I’m not perfect, I know that, but I try to be the best version of myself every single day.
